Provider Success Coach
SonderMind is seeking to hire a Provider Success Coach to empower our providers to create, grow, and sustain a thriving practice, where they deliver high quality care and improve the lives of clients. Provider Coaches enable providers to be successful by continuously conveying the value and driving the adoption of SonderMind’s tools, resources, community, and programs. As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about building relationships and energized by helping others, and you haven proven experience hitting and exceeding performance goals. This team at Sondermind will work closely with stakeholders across the organization working to drive provider performance projects that promote Provider durability.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Proactively monitor provider account performance markers such as average claims per month, % to session goals, clinical outcomes, and other key indicators to ensure booking performance and quality
- Identify gaps in performance, which could include lower than expected average claims per month, indications of churn, % to session goals, clinical outcomes, and create projects to address, and collaborate with the Provider, or internal teams to execute and resolve the private practice issues.
- Consult with Providers and internal teams to learn/understand/master all optimization levers and when to pull them
- Drive revenue by consulting with Providers on market specific / Payor best practices
- Understand, improve and challenge current processes to continuously create a better Sonderminder, Provider, and Client experience
- Work across department functions in collaboration and project management to develop new strategies and initiate best practices
- Collaborate with team leadership to build and alter processes that drive improved quality and quality of coaching interactions
- Analyze data to constantly improve performance and processes as we scale
Gotta Have
- 1-2 years in a SaaS Account Management or a Customer Success function (required)
- Experience coaching, mentoring or leading peers in order to drive towards team success
- Competitive and results-driven individual with a proven history of utilizing and analyzing data to achieve the best results by continuous training, quality assurance, and KPI monitoring
- Forward thinker with the capacity to be creative in developing new ideas and implement proven methods for the team
- You have a growth mindset, thriving on challenges to develop yourself and the Team
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a high growth company (Plus)
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Other Details
- This role is located in Denver, CO and is a full-time, exempt position
- Pay range: $45,000 - $55,000, actual pay commensurate with experience.
- This role will be eligible to participate in the full employee benefits package
