About the team:

The Asset Movements team is passionate about delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge financial products. As a Payment Operations Associate (Asset Movements), you’ll serve as an integral part in all cash management and debit card functions for our customers by facilitating transaction disputes, resolving complex inquiries, and supporting our cash management product. This is an opportunity to be a part of one of the most efficient and important pillars of Robinhood’s business.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Supporting front-end tasks for our Cash Management product. These tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, submitting transaction disputes, account transfers, ACH transfers, and cash management
  • Consistently meet productivity goals with minimal error.
  • Acting as subject matter expert in all Cash Management Asset Movements processes and clearly communicating with outstanding customer service. You’ll work diligently and patiently with our customers and other departments to solve some of their most complex Cash Management asset movement issues, such as disputes.
  • Communicate directly with third party relationships in order to facilitate customer requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CX, Treasury, AML, and Market and Brokerage Operations for all issues related to cash management and debit card.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years working in operations or banking services is preferred
  • Ability to meet productivity goals
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Ability to work some weekends
  • Familiarity with debit cards, payments, and/or prior experience working for a Money Services Business (MSB) is a plus
  • Prior consumer technology experience is a plus

Colorado Residents Only: In accordance with Colorado state law, Robinhood provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target hourly rate for this position is $21. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience and certifications. Successful candidates will also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award of 5% of their earnings pursuant to Robinhood’s applicable bonus plan. Please note that this information is only provided publicly for candidates in Colorado, but the role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
