Operations Support - Chargeback Analyst
Operations Support
Software company in need of part-time operations support. The work includes handling of sensitive billing and customer information that requires attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
This role will be working closely with our customer support team to and require working with our billing software (Recurly) and our CRM (Salesforce) to track and execute billing changes in conjunction with chargebacks and billing disputes. The role will also include some excel reporting and report building to keep our teams informed.
Work can be remote, and the hours can be flexible, though ideally completed Monday through Friday.
Tasks will include:
- Chargeback management
- Customer data entry
- Basic excel reporting
You’re an ideal candidate if:
- You are process oriented and take a lot of care in your work
- You are comfortable asking questions to make sure you get the right answer
- You are comfortable with basic Excel tasks
Expectations:
- 15-20 hours a week
- 1-3 month engagement
