About Craft Alley

We are a new Craft Beer startup in Denver Colorado focused on expanding customer's access to the fresh, local craft beer in the country's best craft beer market.  We offer an entirely new distribution channel for the best independent craft breweries in Colorado, and are driven to help customers get great beer from our local brewers as easily as possible.

Job Summary

The Craft Alley crew is looking for someone who can run the retail and delivery operations on a day to day basis, and make sure that the trains run on time and get faster as we go. This person needs to be able to lead others, and keep a growing team happy. You will oversee day to day retail and delivery operations. You will assume responsibility for all operational aspects of the business with an eye toward continual process improvement and streamlining processes into documented and repeatable tasks. The ideal candidate loves beer, always has an eye for the future, is prepared 90% of the time and can make lemonade out of lemons the remaining 10%.

This role will be joining a lean startup as an hourly part-time employee to begin with, and will be working directly with both co-founders in a ground-floor position.  Initial hours will be 30-35 hours per week.  Additional opportunities business development, Marketing, and Events depending on candidate's interests and abilities.
