Our Design Operations team is growing and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join us in our Denver headquarters. This role will help operationalize our 3D design process and experience to ensure efficiency and quality at scale, Our ideal candidate has experience in account management or project management supporting tech-oriented businesses. They are also comfortable with leading through ambiguity and enjoy working closely with others to tackle exciting challenges. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our rapidly growing and fast-paced team. 

In this role, you’ll spend your time in these key areas:

  • Process & Project Management - Constantly maximize the efficiency of the 3D rendering workflow, refine processes, and innovate to unlock speed and scale. Work closely with Havenly’s designer base to modify relevant workflows, build features into core tooling in support of 3D and deliver 3D renderings to clients.
  • Business Management - Manage and grow the team of international 3D renderers. Consistently ensure rendering quality, report on a key success metric, and manage the financial planning and budgeting of the program in alignment with company goals and strategic direction. 
  • Account Management - Manage relationships with third-party vendors who support the 3D program. Collaborate with partners to optimize key elements of the 3D offering, including asset standardization, cost structure, and overall workflow. 
  • Program Strategy - Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in other departments to refine the 3D strategy. Be not only a thought leader in cross-functional discussions but also the subject matter expert.

Technical Experience - You have aptitude and excitement around picking up new technologies and are always looking for new and interesting tools to help streamline workflows. Plus Plus Plus to those who have experience working building 3D program and/or working with 3Ds Max.

Data Experience - You’ve got to be able to make decisions based on data that you pull and then analyze, and present those findings to those around you. You understand that the data is your key to what’s working, what’s not, and what to test and try next to make improvements.

Operational Chops - As an operator in the business, you need to understand a 50,000-foot strategic goal and then be able to zoom in to the smallest details and plot a path to achievement. This will require you to understand the business, work cross-functionally, pay careful attention to every detail, and 

Startup Experience - You have experience moving VERY quickly, iterating on the fly, testing religiously, and working really hard. You can operate out of ambiguity, create your own guardrails and constantly push against them. You have passion, you’re driven, take a ton of pride in the work you do and hold yourself to the highest standard of accountability.
