Havenly, Inc. is a fast-growing consumer services startup, located in the heart of Denver. We offer online interior design services that make decorating your home simple, convenient, affordable and accessible for everyone.

We're looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solvers who love working with people and are eager to jump in and ensure the success of our e-designer base. You’ll be on the front lines providing support to our designers through email, messaging, and even live trainings. You’ll become an expert in our business model, a representative for our brand, and a critical player in performance management. Every day you'll be empowered to assist designers in building memorable relationships with clients as they work to create delightful spaces for them.

The right person for this role can balance empathy and accountability. You will work tirelessly to provide timely answers to designers’ questions while also investing time in managing and improving the quality of their work. You love helping others, creating positive experiences, are humble, detail oriented, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, energetic team.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide prompt and consistent designer support by answering inquiries via email and messaging
  • Review and provide feedback on designer communication with clients
  • Hold designers accountable to quality standards and timeliness on deliverables
  • Recommend and implement process efficiencies to enhance existing design operations
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting designers.
  • Assist in identifying training gaps and developing appropriate resources to educate designers
  • Serve as the voice of our designers, consolidating feedback and working with our team to propose scalable solutions.
  • Represent the Havenly brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.

When you join us, you'll bring:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google docs/sheets.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and record-keeping skills.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in an operations related position (preferred)
  • A people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for problem solving - you work to understand the root cause of issues and make things right
  • Experience or interest in the interior design industry
  • A contagiously happy attitude
