Position Summary

SRS Acquiom is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to primarily work as the point of contact for technical support and training to internal employees and to continually perform platform maintenance. As part of our Business Technology team, this person will work closely with developers to ensure system consistency and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with developers and business partners, and display strong organization skills and have a problem solving attitude. 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance and support tasks for our existing NetSuite platform
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the platform
  • Troubleshoot application issues
  • Manage sandbox refreshes
  • Create saved searches & manipulate data within NetSuite as needed to enhance business processes and analysis within the organization
  • Establish, standardize, monitor and enforce policies and procedures as they relate to NetSuite, including enhancement protocol
  • Understand business users' dynamics and needs
  • Be the point of contact for technical support and training to internal employees as needed
  • Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Manage bundles
  • Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, features and tools

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ Year(s) of Administrator experience
  • Exhibit good customer service attitude and skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with SQL and saved searches
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite Roles and Permissions
  • Proven ability supporting and prioritizing needs from cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve
  • Background in accounting or finance a plus
  • NetSuite Certifications a plus
