About the position

Neat Capital’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Neat Loans, is hiring an inside sales mortgage loan officer. 

Please note this position is located on premise in Boulder, CO. We will help in sponsoring relocation.

Are you a mortgage expert? Have you developed training departments to accelerate growth at mortgage lending production and operations?

We need a strong candidate that knows the mortgage process and can develop our training process, program, and content and curriculum for both new team members and our existing team. Our training function will perform a crucial role in helping us scale quickly, and will work to efficiently bring onboard both inexperienced and experienced teammates in all things mortgage: Technology, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Lending, Regulations.

We are a FinTech mortgage company that is changing the way clients finance their homes. We have an ambitious game plan to change the way common roles are performed, use technology to eliminate manual tasks, and work adeptly with a global team. We move and change with incredible speed (releasing new tech weekly) and are looking to build an engaging training team to accelerate our team’s development and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create our training department
• Develop training materials
• Create knowledge checks / metrics
• Develop a training team to accelerate our growth

The ideal candidate has the following experience and skills:

• Current mortgage experience in operations training
• Strong loan level fundamentals, including advanced familiarity with investor guidelines, tax return analysis, underwriting policies and loan products
• High technical proficiency and speed in learning a new production platform
• Ability to present with a compelling, enthusiastic, and engaging approach
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials and presentations, including workflow and systems training
• High energy, self-motivated and service-oriented attitude.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
