Here's who we’re looking for:
You’re the type of person that listens first and talks second in order to fully understand your business partners pain points and needs. You are meticulous in documenting requirements, use cases, and test results. Few others rival your attention to detail. You understand the importance of developing relationships across all levels of the organization. You love working with technology and embrace self-learning. You know how to solve problems and get results! You will have 5+ years of experience working as a IT application analyst with 3+ years working as an administrator within a Professional Services Automation platform (Mavenlink direct experience is a must).
Create workflows for resource management - tracking availability, assignments, skills database administration
Create workflows in Mavenlink for delivered revenue forecasts and recognition for the Services delivery teams and accounting/finance business partners. Solid understanding of revenue recognition models (fixed fee, time & materials, milestone) in Mavenlink. Strong foundation of budget templates, tasks creation, project budget hours and deep understanding of the allocation process in Mavenlink
Deep understanding of Mavenlink APIs to build out connection points to CRM/accounting tools. Design and implement data process flows between tools
Create workflows for project setup, closure processes. Setup workflows for the automated creation of projects from closed sales opportunities in the CRM into Mavenlink
Provision an employee’s account in Mavenlink with the proper permissions / access groups
Identify easier user friendly solutions for simpler and faster time card entry for field teams
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior management to assist them in understanding project delivery statuses and resource utilization
Manage the audit process for Mavenlink. Provide documentation associated with the quarterly test of IT Governance Controls (SOX) to ensure that no unauthorized changes were made to the Mavenlink production environment
