How you'll make an impact
SonderMind is hiring a Market Operations Associate to support new market openings to drive the growth of SonderMind. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day activities associated with market growth efforts and will be responsible for enabling efficient cross-functional communication for the purpose of market expansion. You will be responsible for regularly updating the market expansion team and identifying next steps, and potential opportunities and blockers for net-new market openings. In addition, you will support the broader team in competitive intelligence and supporting research for our go-to-market strategies.
What you'll do

• Partner with Analytics and Payor Operations to support the data analysis to determine our market selection
• Maintain the project plans for all market openings to ensure they are comprehensive and accurate.
• Manage weekly core team updates and status reviews to ensure transparency across teams on current status, support requests and interdependencies.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and opportunities in the market opening process and raise to leadership.
• Provide market health analysis for upcoming and recently opened markets to ensure tradeoffs across markets are visible to the core team and executives.
• Develop training materials to educate sales and operations functions, as needed.
• Support development of a scalable and repeatable playbook for launching new markets including KPIs, local level plans etc.

What you'll bring with you
Required Experience

• 2+ years experience in project management, data analysis or marketing operations.
• Data driven decision making mindset - must love to dig into the data and understand the root cause.
• Strong organizational and team support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and interact with all levels and disciplines within the organization

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced high growth environment
• An understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry

Our Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000-$68,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. Actual compensation is based commensurate with qualifications and experience.
