What You Will Do 

We are looking for a IS Manager who is excited to be a part of a fast-moving team that is working to always improve the technology services and business systems at Alchemer. This position will take on a leadership role in our growing IS organization and be responsible for helping drive the IS roadmap moving forward.

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Support and manage the companies core systems, including SalesForce, Zuora, Hubspot, Salesloft, and DOMO.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers.
  • Manage and mentor IS staff.
  • Perform administrative functions across all IS systems, including user provisioning, reports, maintenance, triage, access changes, upgrades, workflows, reporting, and more.

What You Bring to This Role

  • You’re a quick learner, capable of mastering new systems and absorbing new information.
  • You love solving problems and making things faster and easier for the end user.
  • You are a good multi-tasker, able to effectively balance project work, tickets, and the face-to-face support of end users.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting internal customers.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration and an active Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Apex code is a HUGE plus!
  • Experience with Billing/Subscription Management SaaS tools (Zuora), BI tools, ETL processes, Marketing Automation tools, and 3rd party data providers are all a plus!
  • Experience with multi-system integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading IS staff and projects.

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary between $125,000 and $145,000, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
