With the most trusted and reliable in-home technicians in the business, OnTech Smart Services™ has expanded our scope from satellite TV installations and repair to a wide range of other in-home technology related services. We help people find the best products to meet their personalized needs, professionally install them, and most importantly, teach them how to use and get the most out of these products.
At OnTech, we make the Smart Home simple and we are looking for someone to drive our Customer Relations Management efforts.

- Marketing: We create and manage all existing customer communications (web, email, print, television commercials and video elements).
- Strategic Partnerships: Our team partners with television networks, producers and celebrity talents to create large scale marketing campaigns that make DISH more valuable to our customers.
- Operations and Project Management: Everyone in our group is hands on when it's time to operationalize our ideas. We work cross-functionally with business partners from all areas of DISH to implement new initiatives and strategies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce an effective strategy for the use of various media channels as part of the overall marketing scheme.
- Deliver customized and targeted direct communication to clients to strengthen competitive position and build lifetime relationships.
- Leverage insights, analytics, reporting and KPI delivery to develop strategies and elevate/maximize programs and improve client relationships.
- Design, execute, and optimize new, and existing, multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives to activate customers and drive deeper engagement and brand loyalty.
- Measure success by customer frequency, spend, and retention.
- Create detailed customer lifecycles to identify key intervals to drive interest and conversion.
- Partner cross-functionally with the product management, sales and client services to manage end-to-end execution and deliver highly relevant customer experiences.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, of experience; and 5+ years of experience. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Experience with B2C Marketing & eCommerce
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty experience, including direct and targeted marketing, database management.
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technology and analytics
- Experience developing plans to drive sales and/or revenue
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Salary Range
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year
