Mersive is seeking to fill a Lead Logistics Technician role. The successful candidate will have proven reliability, great attention to detail, as well as outstanding communications skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties including but not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Order accuracy and QA checks
• Replicating orders to processing queue in Salesforce
• Shipment logging and reporting
• Inventory replenishment and receipt reporting
• Syncing device and entitlement changes to Salesforce and related reporting
• Orders activations – receive orders from distributor customers for pod activations – execute and update appropriate systems
• Pod logistics duties as dictated by orders volume
• Reports to Operations Manager

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience with computers
• Post-sales support experience is a bonus!
• Experience or desire in leading teams
• Absolute reliability, this role is counted on, you must be here as scheduled
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Excel
• Salesforce/Netsuite or another ERP
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision balanced with willingness to follow specific direction when required
• Ability to remain positive and upbeat while dealing with shipping deadlines, especially round month-end.
• Ability to keep great accuracy while processing routine and repetitive orders
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or another related field preferred
