In this role, you will work from Denver, CO to support our network partners that make use of Western Union Technology. You will be the liaison between business, network partners, IT, and operations support teams. You will be responsible for enhancing service quality and support objectives, ensuring compliance with operating standards, and providing training to optimize service delivery and business growth. You will also be responsible for helping our new strategic agent install, configure, and train employees on our technology.
For this important role, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting partners on retail technology. You will ideally have experience with Western Union platforms such as Gateway (API and SOAP UI) and Retail Money Order (provided through WUTaio), and you will have strong skills with Microsoft Office. You will also need to be a strong communicator, able to work with a variety of Western Union partners and departments, and you will be able to offer support throughout the business day and sometimes on weekends.

Annual base salary gross: $98,816-164,648. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
