The Elsmere Education Department of Operations is seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced Information Technology professional to support a rapidly growing organization, its comprehensive user base, and all related technologies and systems.  This on-premises position (pending the removal of COVID-19 on-site business capacity restrictions) is based in Denver, CO and provides the selected applicant with expansive opportunities to: (1) develop expertise in the management and administration of a strong and diverse repertoire of technologies and systems, (2) closely collaborate with cross-functional business units in a structured support capacity and in larger strategic initiatives, and (3) drive organizational efforts related to systems security, innovation, and scale.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and support organizational systems and technologies, including but not limited to:
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Internal messaging and collaboration platform (Slack)
  • Physical space and security system (Kisi Access Control)
  • VOIP Phone System (RingCentral)
• Maintain and execute standard employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
• Provide technical support and administration for all organizational users (both on-premises and remote staff) and related laptops, printers, routers, company mobile phones, telephones, televisions, and other hardware
• Maintain organizational hardware inventory system and depreciation schedule
• Assist with various hardware/software implementations and required updates
• Ensure user compliance with organizational Data Privacy and Security policy
• Assist the Director of Operations in optimization and administration of end-user operational tools and software (Salesforce CRM, telephony solution, etc.)
• Assist the Business Operations Lead in completion of reoccurring data extracts and uploads (as needed)
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Key Qualifications for our IT Specialist  

• Bachelor’s Degree  
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to troubleshoot standard hardware/software issues (Windows, Macintosh OSs)
• Ability to ensure consistent function of networking, security, physical space systems
• Comfort with and experience in utilization of Microsoft Excel
• Consultative and proactive approach in supporting functional teams and user groups
• ‘Help-desk’ related professional experience strongly preferred
• Keen interest in learning new things – ability to share what you have learned and teach others

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
