You will help design, build and maintain solutions throughout RingCentral’s multi-platform corporate environment. We are primarily running SaaS business systems and have a minimal on-premise footprint to be agile and reduce complexity. We have some on-premise gear for networking and security but embrace the cloud wherever there is a viable solution. We need to build the glue to manage, automate and scale this rapidly evolving environment. We want to deliver state-of-the-art services to our business users globally in support of a billion dollar business. We want to provide the greatest end user experience possible while balancing security and self-service automation. This person should be creative and passionate about massively distributed, high performance, secure and automated systems. We need someone to envision, design, document, and evangelize the architecture/strategies. This focus will enable IT service scalability at RingCentral. The IT CRM Architect will lead cross functional teams and unselfishly deliver solutions working with peers.
Engage internal business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria
Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements
Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories
Identify and Articulate to customer stakeholders and IT stakeholders the value of recommended solution design
Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other standard and custom functionality
Work with the Project Manager to manage a project to scope
Work closely with other teams to understand and mitigate issues
Communicate, present, and evangelize best practices

B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions
5+ years of experience designing solutions on Salesforce platform preferably CPQ experience.
Experience from at least one among SFDC Lightning migration, SFDC Advanced Approvals, CLM integration, SFDC custom application development.
Broad knowledge in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, Communities and managed packages
Experienced in developing UI pages using Salesforce Lightning and managed package framework
Experience in Salesforce APEX, triggers, batch, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SFDX, Ant Migration tool etc.
Working experience with batch data and real time stream processing on Salesforce platform
Experience with Salesforce APIs, salesforce connectors, and middleware solutions like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Talend etc
Experience with SOAP, REST, Webservices, XML, JSON, JMS, and SOA/Integration technologies
Salesforce certified Admin, Platform Developer, App Builder and other certifications. More than one certification is highly preferred.
