We are looking for an IT Analyst Level 1to support our IT team in our Denver, CO office. This is a full time role that will report to the IT Manager and work alongside the existing IT staff. This is a great opportunity to learn about Zoom IT functions in a high tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide both remote and onsite technical support to the IT team via Trouble Tickets, LiveChat, Email, and Phone
- Work with other members of the IT organization to ensure timely resolution of employee issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems
- Provide basic LAN and Windows/Apple problem solving
- Perform application installation, re-installation, configurations, and upgrades
- CIS, MIS, IT or related degree.
- MUST have hands on Mac OSx troubleshooting experience. Linux and Windows experience is secondary
- Network knowledge and experience
- Wifi Experience
- Able to work 40 hours per week (during normal business hours)
- Team Player/ Great communication
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Must have Active Directory experience
