What You Will Do

A typical day includes assisting colleagues in support requests, managing and configuring laptops and/or software and proactively looking for improvements in existing processes and tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring laptops, software and printers
• Perform local/remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Manage the baseline configuration of laptops via Mobile Device Management (Fleetsmith / JAMF)
• Manage access and configuration of SaaS applications used internally
• Configure and manage the office network 
• Work alongside the Security department to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II
• Continuously and actively look for ways to improve processes, procedures, and the company’s technology footprint
• Partner closely with the People Team to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes 
• Assist with our upcoming office move by setting up and configuring desks, equipment, cabling and network, etc. 

Some projects you will work on include:

• Ensure the correct execution of the onboarding and offboarding process
• Manage and configure SaaS applications used by the different teams
• Management and provisioning of company’s IT assets
• Ensure the proper functioning of the office network

Your success will be measured by:

• Accuracy and punctuality in the execution of core responsibilities
• Improvements to existing processes and tooling

Ideally you have:

• Hands-on experience with OS X devices
• Expert-level knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Experience with CISCO/Meraki devices (office routers in general)
• Experience in providing support in regards to IT and solve related issues
• Experience in planning and executing changes of location, should it be needed

Bonus Points:

• Base Security knowledge
• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Network switches and setup of physical cabling
• Interest in expanding the knowledge towards DevOps or Security

Salary (for US only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$110,000
