Four Winds Interactive seeks an Integration Technician II, to work with the Hardware Solutions Team. This position will be responsible for hardware forecast, support project timelines, and be the first point of contact for Escalation of Production Projects..

 

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Hardware forecast for device set up
  • Be the configuration specialist for Hardware support team
  • Manage Process and workflow development.
  • Be the first point of contact for escalation on production projects
  • Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Ensure on time completion of hardware device setup for projects.
  • Coordinate movement of projects based on resources and delivery timelines.
  • Compile operational metrics monthly
  • Manage work load and timelines on assigned configuration projects
  • Manage inventory movement to and from Supply Chain
  • Assist Technical Support team when overloaded with onsite customer issues
  • Assist other FWI employees with hardware setup/deployments for internal testing
  • Quality assurance on all configurations and deployments that are routed through Hardware Solutions
  • Up to 10% travel, to onsite locations to assist in implementation of signage projects
  • Remote PC configuration, as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • PC, hardware, server setup, configuration, diagnostics and repair experience
  • Understand how to compile and customize Salesforce data/ Development, monitoring and reporting of KPI's
  • Audio/Video concepts
  • Scientific method as applied to computer systems
  • Networking, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, subnets, VLANs and routing
  • Diagnostic and resolution skills in networking, SQL and Windows OS
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems - Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
  • Experience with iOS and Android operating systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Helpful for Success:

  • Associates degree or equivalent technical training required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years’ of experience, focused in hardware & software configuration services
