Four Winds Interactive is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join the System Engineering Team. This person will work with FWI customers and internal resources to deploy, test and troubleshoot digital signage at client endpoints.

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Digital signage endpoints
• Deploy, Test and troubleshoot digital signages
• Basic Troubleshooting documentation
• Onsite Client training
• Travel up to 50% throughout the US
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

• Understanding of software and hardware deployment methodologies.
• Windows desktop, iOS/Android, IoT device deployment experience. Advanced networking concepts. Basic AV knowledge. Deployment automation technologies (SCCM, PDQ, BigFix, GPOs, Connectwise Automate, DSC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written technical documentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage 10-20 projects simultaneously.

Helpful for Success:

• BA/BS in IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.) preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience and certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.).
