Role Purpose
We’re seeking a Desktop Support Tech to support our employees and their macOS computers, someone who will have aspirations to continually grow and own the day to day operations of the helpdesk. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the people they work with as much as the technical details of the systems they’re working on, who’s able to think, to take initiative, and own both problems and their solutions.
Responsibilities

• Be the front-line on our internal helpdesk for employee-facing requests
• Positively impact our existing team’s day to day on Tier 1 issues
• Own new computer deployments and employee Active Directory account management
• Manage IT inventory of hardware, peripherals and software licenses

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise with Mac OS X, specifically the most recent iterations of 10.9-10.10
• Strong hardware and Mac OS X troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Aruba / Juniper / Palo Alto network stack
