Position Details:

This position is responsible for the minor day-to-day operation of company facilities.   The purpose of this position is to manage multiple (i.e. 2) CSG facilities which include basic monitoring and maintenance of the common areas, conference rooms, kitchens and boardroom to ensure cleanliness, safety and appropriate stocking of supplies.  The role will be a contact point for the staff in the Denver offices, to request remedies to any facilities-related issues.  Additionally, this role will monitor office systems and processes, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, heating, air conditioning, furniture & fixtures, janitorial, locks and door hardware, security and shipping & receiving.

Experience

  • 2-4 years’ experience overseeing facilities required
     

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • General skills with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers and internal/external customers. 
  • High level of customer service and responsiveness
  • Drive and initiative required – a self-starter who will address issues quickly and efficiently
  • Team player who jumps in as needed and is willing to go the extra mile when necessary
  • Personal pride and accountability – desire to do things right the first time and to ensure projects/tasks are completed in a timely and high quality manner.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing (leaks, toilets, faucets)
  • Knowledge of doors including locks, hinges, and striker plates
  • Basic understanding of furniture in an office setting
  • Basic knowledge of physical security in an office environment including access control system
  • Ability to manage various vendors and related budgets
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to adhere to company facility standards
  • Ability to use a personal computer.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a focus on facilities ticket/ task management system.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD for floor plans preferred but not required
     

Education

High School diploma or equivalent education
