The Executive Assistant provides dedicated support to several members of the Convercent Executive Leadership Team. The successful Executive Assistant exercises good judgement, works well under pressure, and pivots quickly as things change. Reporting to the Senior Executive Business Partner (Sr. EBP), the Executive Assistant will work both independently with the Executive Leadership Team but also collaboratively with the Sr. EBP and CEO to help make our team fast, efficient, and successful.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively manage active calendars, ensuring schedules are followed and respected for the executives as needed
  • Be the executives’ right hand by preparing agendas, attending important meetings and taking notes, while ensuring executive preparation and effectiveness
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and follow through
  • Find new and efficient ways to create work processes to help maximize your executives' time, including improving calendar cadences and team meeting agendas
  • Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and prepare expense reports
  • Be the onsite help for CEO by greeting guests and assisting with any in-person asks
  • Assist Sr. EBP and People Ops team with planning Company All Hands and Events
  • Effectively and consistently communicate with Sr. EBP on projects, executive calendars, and provide backup support to the CEO as needed

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Proactive and forward-looking with strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate composure and flexibility, regardless of competing priorities
  • Clear communicator with a professional presence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and able to build relationships with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external guests
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Creative, resourceful and flexible with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy on work output

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary compensation range provided here is just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education.

  • Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary
    This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
