Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology (IT) professional to research, evaluate, plan, implement, and maintain all IT systems for the company to provide critical interdepartmental infrastructure for marketing, eCommerce, fulfillment, customer service, office facilities, and accounting.  This includes: providing all leadership, accountability, and day-to-day management of eCommerce technology team, platforms, and projects to ensure smooth daily operations; developing IT strategy; and overseeing the collection and organization of all business data.

As for skills, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and responding well to change and new ideas. You must already possess the following skills:

• eCommerce technology and platforms experience (eCom carts, merchant gateways, OMS, accounting integration, fulfillment center integration, etc)

• Experience in cross platform data management with the ability to manage a complex data ecosystem

• Experience in integration technologies and APIs

• Experience managing developers or project management of software implementations and integrations

• Ideally some previous backend programming experience in at least one language (e.g. pHp, Ruby, Python)

• Strong understanding of web application development methodologies

• Knowledge of IT security and regulatory compliance

Additionally, we are looking for someone with the following experience and background:

• A minimum of a B.S. in Information Technology or Management of Information Systems 

• Strong experience working in E-Commerce Technology 

• Minimum of 5-years experience in web technologies and project management

• CEO,COO, & CFO 

• You will be supervised by our Director of Finance and Administration

• You will supervise our Junior Webmaster and will work closely with our contracted IT Consultant

• You will interface with all departments in the company for various projects

Job Details

• Full-time, $75,000-$90,000 Salary

• Based in Downtown Boulder headquarters

• Mix of office and remote work (currently, 3 days in office and 2 days remote)

• Opportunity for extended remote work (e.g. you can request to work remotely from Europe for a month)
