Position Overview: 

As a Director, you are a leader within Vendavo’s practice areas and you will leverage your experience to improve the financial health and operational capabilities of our clients. You will be given high levels of responsibility in three main areas: team management/leadership, client delivery, and commercial accountability.  

As a Director, you will: 

· Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to client senior management and C-suite  

· Develop data-driven insights to maximize clients’ financial and operational performance 

· Oversee the smooth operation of multiple project teams simultaneously 

· Design and lead strategic initiatives to improve Vendavo’s capabilities 

· Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships while collaborating with Vendavo’s product and sales teams 

· Grow, mentor, and inspire a talented team of consulting professionals 

What you will need to be successful in this role: 

· Deep industry and practitioner knowledge in one or more Vendavo focus areas 

· Business development and relationship management skills 

· Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment 

· C-Level communication skills and executive presence 

· A robust analytical skill set, with an exceptional eye for accuracy 

· Ability to travel up to 75% 

· Bachelors + 10 years of relevant experience
