We are growing again and we need new Dealership Trainers to join our team! 

A2Z Sync is a trusted advisor in the automotive industry - transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transition to a single point of contact. 

Overview 

Dealership Trainers conduct and supervise development programs for both internal and external employees. They assess where training is most needed, conduct the training, and evaluate its effectiveness. In addition to enhancing productivity and quality of work, training can increase morale and build loyalty to the company. 

You must be local or willing to relocate to the Denver area.  

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct UAT testing for your respective launches. 
• Provide training and support to A2Z Sync clientes and internal employees
• Conduct training via video conferencing and in-person training. 
• Conduct on-site training for dealers. 
• Update training documents in alignment with new feature enhancements. 
• Make travel arrangements in accordance to pre-set budgets determined by leadership. 
• Provide daily reporting to leadership at the end of each training day.
• Continue to evaluate current training and how to improve the effectiveness of training.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Exceptional time management. 
• Implement and provide training for software solution/sales process. 
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of the automotive industry, sales process, and finance options/products. 
• Work directly with the implementation team to deliver completed software to client.
• Work with business development team & implementation team in creating & executing client timelines/training schedules & client launch schedule. 
• Offer support before, during and after all client launch’s.
• Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights and competitive dynamics of the marketplace. 
• Effectively analyze prospect needs, execute solution-based selling techniques, and move quality opportunities through the pipeline, from sales appointments to close. 
• Provide value-added market intelligence to sales leadership. 
• Stay up to date on sales strategies through reading books, attending seminars, and webinars. 
• 2-3 years of experience as Finance Manager or 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry. 
• 50% travel
