About the Role:
JumpCloud is seeking an enthusiastic customer education specialist to join our Customer Education team. This team supports users at critical stages of their customer journey and enables product adoption by offering relevant and engaging learning experiences. The customer education specialist will develop and maintain education programs and content that inspire learning throughout the customer journey.

With these skills, you will own JumpCloud University to ensure we are providing a stellar learning experience to our prospects, customers, and partners, with the ultimate goal of customer enablement and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and pull reports for all things JumpCloud University.
- Partner closely with our Product Marketing team to learn about new product updates and releases, and ensure that all JumpCloud University content is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with our Instructional Designer to maintain and optimize JumpCloud University content and curriculum.
- Field internal and external inquiries and content requests for Customer Education.
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders such as Customer Success, Support, Growth, and Marketing to innovate new learning programs and promote existing programs.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in customer training or education for SaaS
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain educational content for a technical SaaS platform
- Some knowledge of adult learning theories for effective instructional design
- Ability to quickly understand technically complex information and translate into terms that are easy to understand
- Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Adaptive and creative thinking to take advantage of the evolving opportunities of a growing team
- Technical understanding of cloud-based services, networking, and internet concepts
Where you’ll be working
We have two offices in Colorado, one in Louisville and one in downtown Denver. Once we reopen office options you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role is $57,000 to $76,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and 401k benefits. We have an unlimited vacation policy and also provide commuter benefits for employees in the Denver/Boulder, CO area.
