Business Systems Analyst 

Gusto is growing our Business Technology team and looking for a dynamic, visionary Business Systems Analyst! You'll deliver scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce and other technologies in partnership with Customer Experience teams. Our mission is to help our business set the right goals and achieve them!

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Perform detailed business analysis to formulate business requirements and identify, investigate and recommend innovative technology capabilities that improve business efficiency and customer experience
• Work with development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired customer experience objectives and goals.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and guide development of workflows rules, validation rules, process builder and custom workflow, etc.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
• Organize and prioritize feature implementation and team requests.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of techno-functional experience implementing salesforce sales or service cloud
• 2+ years of experience with salesforce declarative development, bonus points for knowledge in apex development
• Creative and resilient problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing business processes beyond the status quo through implementation of innovative and cutting-edge business technology
• Someone who delivers world-class service and thought partnership to stakeholders
• Passionate about turning business needs into real tech solutions from ideation to go-live, post-go-live support to V2+ enhancements (If applicable)
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
• Grit, hustle, and fire for making things right ⇒ no one will outwork you
• Top-notch technical and software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality assurance testing and bug reporting procedures
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
