What You’ll Do

• You’ll work directly with our Business Systems users and key stakeholders as a trainer, advisor, enabler and investigator. You’ll build and develop a deep understanding of the processes and systems that support all of the value streams across our company. You’ll help our team curate a pristine set of business data so we can keep making the right strategic decisions. You’ll help us find new tools, build new flows, and generally minimize friction for all of our commercial teams.

What We’ll Achieve

• We’ll maintain a spotless SalesForce instance so our analysts and executives can be 100% confident that our data is always right.
• We’ll provide proactive and highly responsive service and training to all of our SalesForce users.
• We’ll build workflows, process flows and new layouts to streamline activities and help our customer and prospect facing teammates focus on what’s important.
• We’ll ensure our ZenDesk instance always meets the needs of our best-in-class support team.
• We’ll help all of GoSpotCheck choose and implement the right technology and tools for the right jobs.

Who You Are

• You have at least 2-3 years of SalesForce experience. Certification is preferred, but we can also help you get there!
• You have worked directly with business leaders across Sales, Support, Success, or Marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, engaging presence with executives, best-in-class attention to detail.
• You’re at home cleaning and troubleshooting and resolving data validation and quality issues.
• You’ve had exposure to Zendesk or a similar ticketing system, or business process mapping tools.
• You’re action oriented and have a knack for moving projects forward - You always know which teams to turn to, and are able to orchestrate cross-team efforts beautifully.
• You understand that in small business there is no job too small, and can point to times when you’ve been quick to get your hands dirty!
• You’re extremely organized and leverage technology to improve communication, collaboration and accountability.
• You appreciate and align with our company values.
