Business Operations Manager
You:
You are an experienced Operations Manager who has a background in platform administration, SaaS products, and project management. You are passionate about collaborating with business teams on building and implementing processes and platforms improvements. You take pride in your work and have a proven track record of optimizing processing to achieve business results. You are an excellent communicator both written and verbal with experience managing projects and holding others accountable to timelines and deliverables.
As an Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Operations and be responsible for supporting growth initiatives across business units (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Service).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PaySimple functional teams in assessing task and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive results.
- Synthesize analysis to deliver compelling, insightful, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Develop, manage, and maintain an operational roadmap spanning functional teams, systems, and processes to support stability and growth across the organization.
- Develop and document business requirements for product and technology on key business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage vendors and provide administrative support across varying platforms in the following categories:
- CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Zoom, etc.)
- Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Business Intelligence Platforms (Looker, Salesforce Wave, etc.)
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to advise senior business leaders across organizational lines.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations and take the lead if necessary.
- Experience structuring and executing complex strategic initiatives.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in to any initiative when necessary.
- Payments experience a plus.
- Salesforce administrator a plus.
