Denver-based hospitality Company seeks a dynamic, results-oriented candidate with experience managing highly curated luxury travel programs. Candidate must be extremely detailed oriented customer service focused and possess 2+years of curated travel or event planning experience

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with members from pre-trip planning through post-trip follow up
  • Assist with necessary deliverables, including pre-trip preparation, amenities, coordination
  • Ensure data collection of guest information for Bespoke trips with member care and vendors
  • Great attention to detail in transforming itineraries into the Travefy platform, so as they are exactly to what has been booked and sold
  • Confirming all members have acknowledged Terms & Conditions for Bespoke trips
  • Ability to adapt and add on to current scope of an itinerary
  • Maintain accurate billing payments and invoicing for Bespoke trips
  • Conflict resolution skills when dealing with member and vendor relationships
  • Maintain current Bespoke online tools (Wiki & Website) with accurate information
  • Develop strong relationships with multiple providers
  • Knowledge of Virtuoso and what benefits it can offer members
  • Excellent understanding of airline booking requirements and implications to a trip itinerary
  • Good understanding of international passport and visa regulations in many countries
  • Experience with current communication technology/systems (MS Outlook, Salesforce, Chat applications) and aptitude to learn new systems
  • Experience interacting with and serving our affluent clientele
  • Excellent phone manner to communicate and build relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable traveling alone and planning cost-effective flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Available via email, phone and Skype during Inspirato’s standard hours of operations, i.e., Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (MT)
  • Access to high speed internet connection
  • Flexible work and travel schedule, willing to work and travel over weekends or be available for any issues that arise with member travel

 

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

Preferred

  • Experienced in CRM systems such as Salesforce or CB+
  • Multilingual
  • Knowledge of Virtuoso and the value of Virtuoso brand recognition
  • Extensive global travel experience

Required:

  • Candidate possess a college degree
  • At least 2 years of similar job-related experience or event planning experience
  • 10% travel for site visits and event execution
  • Travel industry knowledge and background
  • Experience working with luxury clients
  • Conflict resolution skills when dealing with member and vendor relationships
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple partners, vendors, and programs.
  • Must have strong communication skills (verbally and written) with the ability to present experience plans to internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office operating systems
    • Solid excel background – ability to understand and create basic financial models in excel
    • Must possess a strong desire to learn new computer software systems
  • Self-driven with maintaining a personal schedule to accomplish daily tasks
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Flexible work and travel schedule, willing to work and travel over weekends or be available for any issues that arise with member travel
  • Must be comfortable traveling alone and planning flights, hotels, and itineraries in a cost-effective manner
