We are searching for an Associate Systems Administrator!

What does an Associate Systems Administrator do at CyberGRX?

You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of general hardware and software systems as well as working to resolve issues raised by our end users. You will collaborate frequently with the Director, Corporate Technology and with other members of the IT team to build and maintain all facets of our corporate infrastructure. 

What a day in the life looks like:

• Manage and work incoming tickets from end users to resolve, or route to other IT members.
• Build and maintain workstation hardware across the organization.
• Update and manage the patch levels of software installed on workstations across the org.
• Create and manage identities and audit access for corporate platforms and systems.
• Assist other IT team members with the maintenance and rollout of corporate infrastructure platforms and projects.

What you bring to the table:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a general hardware and software troubleshooting
• You’ve worked with both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Exceptional time management skills
• You enjoy proactively finding and solving issues
• Strong critical thinking skills that you use when dissecting core problems
• You’ve got strong communication skills and a great attention to detail
• You are very customer focused and strive to create a great customer experience with everyone you interact with

Annual Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of your base salary
