Role Purpose
The Application + Desktop Support Tech will support our internal applications as well as our employees and their macOS computers. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the people they work with as much as the technical details of the systems they’re working on, who’s able to think, to take initiative, and own both problems and their solutions. The right candidate would be looking to grow their technical career.
Responsibilities

  • Be the front-line on our internal helpdesk for employee-facing requests
  • Positively impact our existing team’s day to day on Tier 1 issues
  • Own new computer deployments and employee Active Directory account management
  • Manage IT inventory of hardware, peripherals and software licenses
  • Application Support for a variety of systems including user management, system setup, system management, triage, coupon management

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience supporting Mac OS X in a professional environment

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Complex problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Ability to quickly learn a variety of systems and processes as the company grows
• Ability to diagnose and address application issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and service-like demeanor with coworkers
• Familiarity with routing, switching, and wireless systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server 2012 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Adobe CC and video production processes
• Experience with one or more enterprise systems like: Netsuite, Chargebee, Oracle WMS, Brightspot, Jira, Confluence
• A high-level of comfort with a continually-evolving environment
• Some experience writing code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby)
• Familiarity with JAMF/Casper Suite
