About the Team

We’re looking to expand our Executive Partner team, who partners with our Operations leaders. We are fast-paced and agile, graceful amidst chaos, anticipatory, and proactive. We are trusted partners to our executives, and feel empowered to provide a point of view to make them effective and efficient leaders at Alto. As an extension of leadership, we represent Alto Pharmacy and the Alto team with integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. As an early team member, you will have a key role in building something extraordinary - to help Alto deliver a faster and friendlier service to its patients, while disrupting an archaic and complex $350B industry.

Accelerate your Career as You:

  • Support the calendars of 3 Operations leaders, which includes organization, prioritization, efficiency, productivity and cross-functional coordination
  • Build cross-functional relationships, partner closely with leaders, and keep multiple teams and projects on track 
  • Partner on meeting management including organizing, attending, document or slide creation, and tracking and following up on action items
  • Own submission of receipts and tracking expenses
  • Participate in planning team off-sites and team-building events
  • Partner with the Recruiting and People teams to coordinate interviews and onboarding

A Bit About You:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting one or more leaders, or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Groups, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to maintain discretion on all business matters, confidential or otherwise
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Agile and action-oriented to drive towards efficiency and effectiveness, innate ability to hold yourself accountable, desire to create order out of chaos
