Position Summary
You are a services-oriented individual who is able to communicate with and relate to clients at all levels. You enjoy managing projects end-to-end, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. You must be detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver. You are enthusiastic and passionate about representing the client and their needs to internal stakeholders with the company’s goals in mind.
Responsibilities
- Deliver best-of-breed client service, including strategic guidance and recommendations of industry best practices
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Plan, develop and manage client projects including scope and budget
- Set and manage client expectations to maintain health of the account
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct execution of the client’s needs and requirements
- Act as frontline to clients for any troubleshooting situation
- Contribute to user acceptance testing
- Create campaign reports with clear analytics showing ROI
- Meet/Exceed expectations on client renewal rate
- Be an expert and personable resource for each client
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in client services or account management
- Project management experience
- Strong familiarity with social media for enterprise use a big plus
- HTML and CSS skills ideal
- Technical documentation skills
- Must be passionate and have pride in providing high quality products and services
- Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task on a regular basis
- Travel as needed
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible work schedule
- Technical aptitude
- Track-record of forging strong relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and digital agencies a plus
- Right attitude to appreciate and participate in a collaborative environment
