SpotX is searching for an exceptional Account Coordinator, Programmatic Operations for our team located at our headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. The Programmatic team is responsible for scaling our global programmatic business. As such, passion, adaptability and strong initiative are table stakes for success in the role. You will be a self-starter, very organized, team oriented, analytical, have a strong attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Managers on assigned accounts. However, they will report to an Account Director on the Programmatic team.
Making An Immediate Impact:
- Update daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders dealing impression volumes, pricing, bid activity and other metrics as identified
- Fulfill requests for custom reports
- Analyze reporting available for Programmatic customers, actively suggesting business impacting opportunities to Account Management
- Maintain internal knowledge bases detailing internal processes, partner profiles and competitive intelligence
- Trafficking of new Programmatic endpoints for existing and new partners
- Support inventory requests, fulfilling via collaboration with the Media Planning team as directed by the Relationship Manager
- Provide input to shape SpotX’s programmatic operational processes
- Additional duties as assigned
Needed SpotX’er talents:
- BA/BS from an accredited 4- year college
- Emphatic passion for all things digital
- Ability to tell stories with data
- Aptitude to operate effectively with professionalism in a fast paced, entrepreneurial startup.
- Ability to present complex concepts simply in writing and verbally
- Ability to balance assertiveness with collaboration while working within and across teams.
- Capable and skilled at identification and resolution of customer service inquiries in a responsive manner
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft powerpoint, outlook and Excel
