The Vendor Marketing Coordinator assists in the execution of vendor marketing activities and communication intended to increase vendor solution sales, increase vendor satisfaction, and improve the vendor experience. Our vendors are the companies whose cloud-based solutions we make available to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to sell to their customers.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Completes marketing deliverables as outlined by the Vendor Marketing Manager in the annual vendor marketing plan (e.g., coordinating vendor specific sales emails, direct mail opportunities, and website updates)
  • Coordinates across departments to proactively oversee vendor marketing collateral and campaign development with vendor content – this includes auditing existing marketing and sales material, managing content updates, and gathering information for new content creation
  • Collects and organizes campaign performance data for various reports and vendor Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations
  • Works with Vendor Success Managers (VSMs) and Product Management team to gather all relevant marketing materials as needed for new vendor and product launches

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B technology marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
  • Ability to be highly organized and process driven with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Is willing to learn and become proficient in new technologies
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems
  • Understanding of IT channels and/or distribution is preferred

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study; or equivalent work experience
