POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction is looking for an accomplished User Acquisition Manager that will develop cutting edge marketing strategies to drive new players and revenue across apps.
The ideal candidate will establish our marketing strategy by employing their data-driven media buying experience, collaborating cross functionally, understanding the power of creative strategy and leveraging their relentless mindset of optimization. This position will have an immediate impact on the business and have a unique opportunity to build and launch a new game from scratch.
This role will report directly to the Head of Mobile Growth and collaborate closely with the Product and Growth Marketing team, and other stakeholders. This is a key role for our team and we are excited about finding a candidate that is personable, analytical, responsible, and detail-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage user acquisition marketing campaigns through advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google AdWords, Twitter, Tiktok, Apple Search Ads, Ad Networks, etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of creatives and conduct regular analysis of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Retention Rate and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Provide data-driven media optimization decisions, lead creative tests, and manage vendor and agency relationships
- Create, manage and scale user acquisition campaigns on different channels.
- Work with the design and creative teams to iterate on our messaging and value propositions to make sure we're staying relevant and compelling.
- Work with a high performing team of analytical-minded media buying professionals, both as a direct manager and through agency relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and more and contribute to strategy for direct user acquisition and retention on both sides of the job marketplace
- Work with marketing leadership to develop institutional expertise and best practices for Brand marketing through digital channels
- Proactively keep up-to-date with platform, industry, and consumer trends - and test beyond them!
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years experience in mobile or web user acquisition media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
- Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations; preferred experience with SQL.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising dynamics, including auction pricing, CPMs, CTRs, CPCs, and all the other C-level acronyms
- Able to proactively design and execute A/B tests and turn results into institutional knowledge
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and the whole host of Google Suite tools
