About the Role
The Sr. Manager of Global Digital Growth Marketing will work closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing to refine, execute, manage, and report on integrated, multi-touch, digital lead generation initiatives. Core responsibilities include growth of the Quantum Metric website, through development and robust SEO strategy; attainment of monthly & quarterly lead generation goals, through paid and organic SEM campaigns; the launch of our ABM technology and ownership of extensive always-on ABM programs; and complete digital lead nurturing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Fill the US & EMEA sales funnel with new qualified leads and nurture leads with progressive, effective email and digital programs - using LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, retargeting, and ABM.
- Own complete SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO growth plans, and facilitate with product marketing, content, partner marketing and PR teams as needed to achieve SEO objectives.
- Align tightly with website development, and lead all landing page testing and optimization efforts.
- Own our ABM technology, and develop robust account- and intent-based lead segmentation, which feed into advertising campaigns, sales enablement, and experience /field marketing. This position will fully own the ABM technology & all ABM digital advertising; it will require tight collaboration with the head of sales enablement to provide regular ABM insights to the sales team, and tight collaborate with the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing to help them pair our digital ABM programs with non-digital initiatives & experiences.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, project management and organization of all digital campaigns - including alignment with designers, content, product marketing, web development, experience marketing, sales enablement, and more.
- Own the digital marketing advertising budget, and A/B test, measure, and optimize all programs and tactics on an ongoing basis.
- Own, refine, and report on acquisition metrics, such as ROAS, CAC, and MQLs.
Requirements
- Experience with B2B Enterprise SaaS Marketing
- Jack-of-all-trades marketing expert with a focus on full-funnel digital marketing (lead acquisition through SEO / SEM / ABM, conversion & retention).
- Strong SEO knowledge, and ability to develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Motivated, hands-on leader, open to wearing many hats and abide by a try, test and learn model in very fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and great a multitasking
- 5-7 years of marketing experience; experience managing a team or in a highly cross-functional role a plus
- Experience with ABM technology a plus
