We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong relationships within the global marketing organization and the CRM team to collaborate on testing opportunities for the different customer cohorts (channel, content, timing, offers) 
• Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels 
• Contribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurturing workflows for users in your region 
• Manage and lead a small team in charge of regional CRM activations and opportunities; guide and teach the junior team members in best practices, data analysis, and platform integrations. 
• Manage and execute campaigns according to our Marketing Content Calendar, plus expansion playbooks for new countries in your region 
• Own the QA and deployment process for your lifecycle tactics 
• Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution 
• Liaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert & retain users 

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing 

• Experience building and sending from at least one major ESP (we use Iterable)  

• Strong knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying lifecycle tactics 

• QA process knowledge (we use Email on Acid), bonus points for working with numerous translated email versions  

• Ability to dive into marketing analytics and find areas of opportunity to test for scale and impact 

• A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines  

• Ability to build campaign performance decks for high-level sharing & comprehension 

• Strong communication skills   

• Curiosity and excitement to learn more about lifecycle marketing and the remittance industry 

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, employee stock options, paid time off, HSA/FSA, short-term/long-term disability, tuition assistance, growth opportunities, and much more.  The salary range in Colorado for this position is $70,000 - $95,000.  Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
