Job Description
Are you passionate about building thriving social media communities? Experienced in technology, software and B2B business? RingCentral is seeking a customer support & social media expert with experience in social media marketing, community building, review response, and a proven track record in thriving in collaborative, dynamic teams.
Responsibilities:
Help build public-facing community forums
Facilitate and grow our RingCentral champion program and invitation-only forums
Partner with web development team to ensure social media efforts are contributing to Self-Service goals
Design, drive, and implement social support plans
Drive review response strategy
Partner with Product to support RingCentral Ideas Portal
Collect and analyze data on team initiatives
Participate and evangelize RingCentral in external and internal public communities
Qualifications:
Clear, empathetic, and open-minded communicator
Motivated self-starter, a strong driver, and has 1-2 years of social/online marketing experience, preferably in B2B
Strong technical & product background, be the resident tech geek on the team. Knowledge of the IT audience is a plus
A strong writer and editor, with a focus on marketing styles
Strong critical thinking skills, a passion for asking questions, and a love of digging through the data to find answers
Highly collaborative approach that includes the team in planning and execution
Familiar with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation software: skills with Salesforce, Sprout Social, BirdEye (or similar review platforms) and Google Analytics preferred
Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic design software
BA/BS degree/commensurate experience

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $45,000 and $68,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
