EnergyCAP, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager of Utilities to design and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy for its Utility Platform. The Senior Product Marketing Manager for a SaaS Energy & Sustainability platform for Utility companies will be responsible for developing & driving the product strategy, go-to-market strategy and positioning of the company's energy and sustainability software solutions. This includes identifying target markets, creating messaging and positioning, developing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the utility platform product feature & functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth of the company's utility platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create messaging and positioning for the Utility Platform product that resonates with target customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to bring products to market.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive adoption in the utilities industry.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the external face of the company, representing the company and products at industry events and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to ensure they have the necessary materials and information to effectively sell and promote the product.
  • Evolve & manage product pricing and positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of products and campaigns and adjust as necessary to improve results.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities and incorporate this knowledge into product and marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with different teams such as product development, sales, and leadership teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Identify, develop & support new market opportunities and channels for Utility Platform
  • Create and manage product collateral such as brochures, videos, and website content to promote the company's products.
  • Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations that can help promote and distribute the company's products.

Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with the utility industry.
  • The ideal candidate enjoys building programs from the ground up.
  • Campaign optimization to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Campaign & budget management
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
