IntelePeer is seeking an experienced, Marketing Automation Manager to join our growing team.
The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for executing multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, pipeline, and revenue. This role works collaboratively across the marketing team, sales team, and executive staff to drive high performing marketing campaigns to both customers and prospects that help elevate the IntelePeer brand in the market and drive a tangible impact on revenue. The ideal candidate has experience and certification with Marketo.
The candidate will have strong project management skills, is a strategic thinker, and has a proven track record of collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams in a B2B software business model.
REPORTS TO: VP, Demand Generation
Position Responsibilities

  • The ongoing execution of digital marketing programs in Marketo - email nurture campaigns, landing pages, workflow builds, webinar campaigns, and more
  • Management of the segmentation, growth, cleanliness, and health of the IntelePeer marketing database
  • Facilitate A/B testing and other techniques that improve conversion rates and lead generation
  • Track the success of digital marketing programs against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results to stakeholders
  • Provide a problem solving and 'point of escalation' technical support function
  • Provide training and documentation for new and existing users
  • Maintain and evolve lead scoring methodology for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure Sales team can focus on the clients and prospects with the highest purchase intent
  • Serve as the Marketo administrator and SME within the organization, including best practices for marketing automation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, subject line testing, ALT tags, image optimization, etc.) and integration with other core systems such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, SDRs, and product teams to support strategic objectives, build reporting to analyze results, and recommend new programs and processes for revenue growth
  • Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience


Expertise and Experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years digital marketing experience within B2B software organization
  • Experience running digital marketing campaigns with Marketo, certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of workflow and database management concepts and best practices
  • Ability to track, manage, and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns to stakeholders
  • Experience with editing tools such as Photoshop for image resizing and Dreamweaver/Marketo for HTML troubleshooting.
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $85,000 - 100,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
