We are looking to add an SEO manager to be the foundation of our SEO team, to work closely with our clients to help them build and understand SEO strategies that can organically grow their audiences and build their businesses.
A bit about you

• Extensive knowledge of search engine optimization practices, from strategy to technical execution
• Prior experience managing large company SEO efforts, including content marketing
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with both internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarization with Google Analytics and PPC campaigns

What you'll be doing

• Develop strategic plan for clients looking to set up SEO and analytics on new sites
• Review and audit client sites for areas that can be optimized or improved
• Build optimal structure for technical execution of SEO on client sites
• Provide comprehensive reporting on SEO performance
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
• Provide ROI analysis for SEO initiatives

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Stand 25%, walk 25%, sit 50%, including laptop and desktop computers and handheld devices approximately 90% of shift.

The annual salary range is $60,000 - $65,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
