Programmatic Marketing Manager (DSP)
About the Role
As a Programmatic Marketing Manager you will work closely with Delivery Specialists, Data Analysts, and Account Managers to ensure the success of DSP based advertising campaigns. The responsibilities of this role include campaign setup, QA and optimization of campaigns, troubleshooting campaign issues related to pacing, performance and margin, and developing strategic recommendations that support the objectives of our clients and create incremental revenue opportunities for FASTG8. The Programmatic Marketing Manager has a mastery of social media platforms, a deep understanding of the digital media industry, and demonstrates programmatic expertise through their ability to identify actionable insights from data and provide them to clients as tactical recommendations.

Campaign Management Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of Demand Side Platform campaign maintenance, including campaign launch, proactive performance checks and optimizations, pacing updates, optimizations, supply curation and profitability
- Monitor campaign health, issuing projection analyses and reallocation recommendations proactively both within the individual channels and cross channel reallocation recommendations.
- Work closely with the account management team to turn insights into recommendations that align with or enhance client strategy.
- Create client facing reports that distill key insights and highlight strategic opportunities for the client.
- Articulate strategy and optimization changes for top tier accounts to key client stakeholders. Comfortable communicating to the C-Suite.
- Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, workshops and current events.
Team Management Responsibilities
- Team manager responsible for ultimate performance outcome for your set of accounts and delivery team.
- Distill and articulate complex strategies and campaign set-ups in an easy to understand format to your delivery team, ensuring they can effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Ultimate stakeholder in QA process across programmatic buys for your set of accounts, ensuring delivered products are client ready.
- Train and coach new team members in both digital advertising best practices and FASTG8 best practices.
- Continually contribute to the knowledge sharing culture of the trading team.
- Act as a sounding board for the junior delivery team across difficult campaigns, and help troubleshoot flagged issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3 years experience delivering campaigns in a major DSP (Trade Desk, DV360, etc..)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with advanced optimization strategies to deliver against standard Programmatic KPIs for client satisfaction and budget growth.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to de-mystify digital marketing jargon for clients and agency counterparts.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple timelines, competing priorities, and agency relationships.
