Our Product Marketing Manager ensures that the right customers are getting the right message through the proper channels and represents the customers’ voice in product strategy discussions and decisions. The ultimate goal is to make sure we are building the right products for our audiences

What you will do:

  • Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs; be a conduit for the voice of the customer to the product team and company
  • Partner with Product Management to develop product marketing strategies to accelerate growth of products among target audiences
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including key messaging development and tactical channel plans, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on message and maximizing each channel
  • Update Messaging frameworks as needed, including as company expands into additional geographies and industries
  • Collaborate with sales to organize and execute programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to support digital marketing strategy for product launches, and other digital campaigns and ensure materials are aligned with corporate messaging and branding guidelines
  • Create and manage Content strategy including content development for all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Build dashboard and other tracking mechanisms within Hubspot to consistently report on KPIs
  • Own growth of products across the customer lifecycle, from driving awareness and acquisition through retention
  • Review competitive offerings and drive ongoing differentiation
  • Offer creative problem solving and analytical reasoning
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership to support cross-functional initiatives

What you bring:

  • A BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • 8+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
  • Previous background in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in insurance, property and/or banking technologies, or early-stage startups
  • Experience working with product teams to define product messaging and launch campaigns
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive spirit
  • Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of CRM / Marketing Platforms, Hubspot experience preferred
  • Understanding of the Insurance Industry and the ecosystem around Underwriting, Claims and CAT Risk
  • An appreciation of the imagery ecosystem, including Satellite, Aerial, and Street-Level imagery capture
  • An understanding of the competitive landscape unfolding around AI and property analytics (e.g., CAPE, Zesty. Betterview, Hover, Planer, etc.)
