Who we're looking for...

We are looking for a strong product marketer with a strong track record of creating compelling and differentiated product narratives. This role will report to the CPO and is a highly cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with executive leadership as well as Sales, Partnerships, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing functions.

This role is 100% focused on bringing to the table messaging, differentiators, incorporating financial analysis, and trends for building and delivering B2B marketing plans for all things related to BombBomb products. The individual must be comfortable executing in a very fast paced and highly visible role. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting the customer and market insights, persona needs, and solution messaging.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand and increase product utilization. Having attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our video solutions' value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customers’ problems.

What you will do...

  • Storyteller: Create compelling and differentiated messaging that conveys the unique vision and strategy for BombBomb’s solutions
  • Sales Support: Partner closely with sales, customer success and product to align the buyer journey and develop customer-facing material that captures product value clearly and effectively.
  • Product Insights and Voice of Sales: You'll need to develop a deep understanding of our video solutions, fueled by customer needs, the buyer personas and market trends. Together with the product management team, you'll educate internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Voice of customer: You'll represent the voice of the market and customer; provide market analysis, build standardized personas and conduct competitive analysis for video product differentiation and positioning.
  • Create differentiated messaging to position BombBomb as the market leader for video messaging
  • Empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to master their understanding of our product and the markets we compete in
  • Lead various product launches in partnership with Product Management to drive awareness and usage of the BombBomb product
  • Partner with Product Management and executive leadership to determine pricing & packaging for the offerings
  • Own competitive enablement to help sales win

Our ideal candidate will be or have…

  • 4 - 8 years of Product Marketing experience including B2B marketing
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience preferred
  • Extensive experience in GTM planning and execution
  • Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong track record of working on cross-functional leadership teams for collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - this role will interact with customers as well as our internal sales, product management, customer success, finance, campaign marketing, and executive leadership teams
  • Resourceful and self-motivated for this growth opportunity
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative climate
  • Someone excited to lay the groundwork to scale product marketing in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous startup experience preferred (i.e. Series C or earlier)

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
