During a typical day, you will...

  • Analyze customer referral inflow and identify geographic locations where additional Partner Providers need to be added to the existing network
  • Search and identify potential Partner Providers online, in person, and via numerous internal sources (e.g., manufacturer sales network)
  • Establish new business relationships, pitch hear.com to potential Partner Providers and evaluate their fit to the hear.com network
  • Identify suitable partner providers and sign them on to the hear.com network. Handle contractual paperwork on a daily
  • Use and develop B2B acquisition communication material as needed
  • Track and measure performance and adopt best practices in pitching and converting partner providers

You have…

  • Numbers-driven and performance-oriented experience
  • Hunger to shape the hearing care industry’s fastest-growing partner provider network
  • Empathy and people skills connect fast with new contacts
  • Detailed understanding of partner providers day to day needs and necessities
  • Experience in the hearing care industry with close ties to audiology offices (e.g., as Manufacturer Account Rep, Product Trainer, Audiology Service Company Rep)
  • Established network of hearing care providers across the United States that you have long-standing and trusted business relationships with 
  • Credibility when speaking about audiology-related subjects (industry, products, trends, fitting procedures, medical field, etc.)
  • Computer-savviness (Microsoft Office Suite) & fast learner of new software
  • Able to be out on the field up to one week per month, if needed
