Our revenue operations team is looking for a business partner to work closely with the marketing and sales development organization to define strategy for growth. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running key projects and driving operational initiatives forward, ensuring marketing and sales are aligned, streamlining processes, and providing insights and recommendations for improvements. 

We need someone operationally and analytically minded who will work with marketing to scale and optimize demand. If you’re constantly looking for ways to streamline processes and are laser-focused on what’s generating pipeline, we’re looking for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison and main point of contact between the marketing and revenue operations team to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Review our current processes with an eye for improvements that will drive additional output and ultimately, revenue.
  • Enable the demand generation team to quickly test new channels and build a process for scale.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality database through data enrichment, lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to easily and effectively build and execute programs, while ensuring no leads or data are lost.
  • Identify ways to improve lead quality and funnel conversion rates. 
  • Work with management to provide better visibility for team metrics and ensure internal SLAs are upheld.
  • Ensure the marketing team has the data needed to measure ROI/impact and understand what channels are and are not working.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel and lead management best practices.
  • A strong attention to detail and top-tier organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with campaign best practices, following processes and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting, specifically around marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the marketing tool stack - particularly Salesforce, marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo), analytics and ABM.
  • A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency.
  • An analytical mindset and data-driven approach to your work.
  • Experience with data augmentation, lead routing, database segmentation and lead scoring.
