🚀About this role
As the Marketing Data Analyst, you will build a robust, scalable reporting infrastructure, to provide actionable sales and marketing insights to marketing leaders, executives, and our board of directors. Manage and develop the marketing data model, quality, and processes to ensure we can answer marketing business questions.
🔧Responsibilities
- Develop Tableau dashboards and datasets which will enable analysis of the performance of marketing activities across the globe for various marketing teams.
- Develop ad hoc analysis on sales & marketing funnels, and advanced analysis on marketing KPIs like Inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, influence mix, and conversion rates.
- Own the marketing attribution software tool administration, data quality, and standardized tested outputs for all users in marketing.
- Analyze ROI models of marketing channels and tactics in order to present performance that will guide investment decisions.
- Support data needs related to business cadence including bi-monthly pipeline, and quarterly marketing reviews (QMRs).
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
- Manage a queue of analytical requests, and work with marketing team members to automate regular reports for specific functions with both marketing attribution and Tableau tools.
- You'll work cross-functionally with Finance and Biz Ops data engineers and analysts.
💡Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a marketing data analyst preferably in a marketing B2B environment.
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, data modeling, analysis, testing, and visualization.
- Strong SQL knowledge to be able to develop advanced data sources from multiple Salesforce tables to answer stakeholder questions.
- Experience with Tableau Prep and Tableau Creator to post data sources and dashboards for reporting stakeholders.
- Proficiency using Tableau desktop to build interactive visualization dashboards and reports.
- Familiar with Salesforce tapology, DataLoader, and marketing automation platforms in order to be able to model data and perform data quality fixes and standardizations.

- Compensation: Base $95,000-$105,000
